Author, Consumer Aff airs in India: A Policy and Economic Perspective

Authored a comprehensive policy report on the evolution of consumer protection in India, examining its legal, institutional, and economic frameworks. Analysed 20 industries, including fi ntech, e-commerce, healthcare, education, fi nancial services, and textiles, tracing the trajectory of consumer rights from the Consumer Protection Act of 1986 to the 2019 reform.
