  • Conducted a qualitative phenomenological study using purposive and snowball sampling, combining semi-structured interviews with transcendental analysis to explore impostor syndrome among women shifting from salaried employment to entrepreneurship.
  • Coded over 30 emergent themes, identifying how mentorship, cognitive reframing, and identity reconstruction mitigate self-doubt and sustain entrepreneurial motivation

  • Prepared evidence-based policy briefs and inter-institutional MOUs on perinatal bereavement care, contributing to documents forwarded to the UP Health Department and informing advocacy campaigns preceding legislative reform.
  • Volunteered at two national society conferences (attended by 300+ clinicians), receiving public commendation in the presence of senior state leadership, including the Deputy Chief Minister, Health Minister, and Principal Secretary (Health), for outstanding contribution to medical policy integration

  • Conducted a cross-sectional survey of 98 Hindu and Muslim shopowners across two generations, using the Economic Mobility Index. Applied Levene’s test and independent t-tests to measure variance and signifi cance in intergenerational mobility patterns.
  • Received commendation from Professor Geeta Gandhi Kingdon (UCL) for its methodological innovation and contribution to inclusive development policy.

Author, Consumer Aff airs in India: A Policy and Economic Perspective

  • Authored a comprehensive policy report on the evolution of consumer protection in India, examining its legal, institutional, and economic frameworks. Analysed 20 industries, including fi ntech, e-commerce, healthcare, education, fi nancial services, and textiles, tracing the trajectory of consumer rights from the Consumer Protection Act of 1986 to the 2019 reform.
